What exactly do you do as a business?  How does it all work?  Please tell me more.

We are an independent booking agency that supplies, musicians, Dj’s, wedding and corporate party bands, string quartets, magicians, solos, duos, jazz musicians and singers, tribute artists, in fact anyone who entertains, and sings. We match your enquiry with the most suitable option of entertainment from our database of musicians and entertainers, and when you confirm the booking with a deposit, we draw up a contract and charge a small commission for our efforts, which is always included within any of our quotes.

Make an enquiry through our form and we will send you links of the best entertainment options available to suit your event, your guests and your budget. Sit back and relax, we'll keep you posted.

Andy Gabriel, the owner of Integrity Entertainments looks after ALL client enquiries himself. He will look after your event from first enquiry right through to the event day and deal with everything in between, should any issues arise.

Here is a good example of a band enquiry and the different stages we go through with our clients to get the best results:
Client contacts us either through our website via an enquiry form or on occasions by phoning Andy directly. By filling the enquiry form, we have all the information we need to begin our search for your ideal band/DJ at a price within your stated budget.

For example, the enquiry is for a 4-piece band for a wedding for a Saturday in July within the client’s suggested and ‘realistic’ budget.
Andy will begin the enquiry process by collating bands that he knows would be suitable for the client’s wishes and contacts the bands for availability. He will give the bands the information and ask them to quote him the best price possible for his client. Negotiation usually takes place at this stage, between the band manager and Andy. The many bands that have worked for him over the years know that the work they get from Integrity Entertainments is always at very nice, up market venues so that are keen to quote well to get the work. On occasions, Andy will offer the band several gigs to give him a better negotiating stance.
How many of the options will I be able to view? I want to have a good look at each one before I chose. Rather than plough through scores of examples and get confused by too many options, Andy will send you up to 5 of his chosen options that he knows will suit your event and hopefully within your budget constraints. The information you get from Andy will give you a very good idea of what to expect on the day of your event from the entertainment you book through Integrity. Almost 95% of our business comes through previous client recommendations.
Once band availability and prices have been agreed, Andy will send the options to the client. The links usually gives the client a good idea of what to expect from the chosen band on the night of the event. This should include images, audio/video and a current set list.
Should the client want to go ahead with the booking, a 20% deposit is requested from Integrity Entertainments before the band is confirmed and the date has been added to their gig diary.
Once payment has been cleared, Andy will confirm with the band that the booking is now official, a deposit has been received and a booking contract from Integrity Entertainments will be on its way to both the client and the band. However, please note that if contracts are not required or signed, our terms and conditions take immediate effect once you have confirmed your booking with us, either by email in writing, text or orally.
If contracts have been sent out, Integrity Entertainments will await a signed contract from both parties and these are stored together with any other important information regarding the event.
Full balance is due 30 days prior to the event date on all our bookings and there will be a courtesy reminder from us if the balance has not been paid before this period. On rare occasions, bands and other entertainers will insist on seeing proof of full payment before they arrive for their gig.
Up until the event date, Andy or if the client prefers, the manager of the band, will still be available if there are any changes our clients want to make regarding any issues whatsoever. This could be that the performance times have changed, a special song to be added to a playlist or they want to set up in a slightly different area of the function room. Whatever the issue, we will address it, within reason of course.
Thank you. I understand so far. When does the band/DJ get paid? How do I know they will turn up if you have already paid them before my event? We never pay any of the artists, musicians or entertainers before any of the clients’ events. We wait until the gig has finished, get feedback from the client and then pay the band within 24hours.
When you quote me a price, does that include your commission too or is that added on as an extra. All prices quoted are inclusive of our fee, and anytransport/travel costs from the band members or PA equipment hire. In most cases, we make our fee during the negotiations with the bands and performers.
So once I have chosen the band/DJ, paid my deposit, signed the contract (if applicable), and paid the balance, what do I do next? You can sit back and worry about something else but not the music/entertainment side of your event. This is when you can rely on us to be right by your side when it matters most, to look after your booking with us at Integrity Entertainments. We liaise with the band/DJ until the very last moment, making sure that all is going smoothly. They will be given our emergency contact details just in case there is an issue on the day. We use professional musicians and performers and they will have informed us well in advance with any issues such as traffic problems or band members falling ill last minute. That is why most wedding and corporate clients use trusting and reliable agencies like Integrity Entertainments.
